If you’re throwing a canapé party, or want to impress your guests with elegant little bites at the beginning of a fine dining dinner party, a client event or wedding breakfast, we can help. Presentation and flavour combinations are especially important with canapés, and we’ve put a lot of care and imagination in to perfecting a selection that will suit any occasion and get your party off to a great start. Apart from savoury canapés, we also have a fabulous selection of exquisite, bite-sized desserts to satisfy any sweet tooths in the room.

When choosing your canapé menu, it’s important to think about the balance of flavours and textures, as well as insuring a good mixture of vegetarian, fish and meat options. We can advise on what would work best for your party or wedding reception, with the time of year and menu for the rest of your day in mind. As with all of our food, everything is made from scratch and so we can easily adapt recipes to suit your tastes and requirements exactly.

If you’d like something a little different, you could consider serving bowl food in place of more traditional canapés to kick start the food service at your party. As long as the dishes are kept light and refreshing, the miniature bowls of delicate dishes are a great way to whet your appetite before the main meal.

We just wanted to send you a quick note (inbetween wedding 1 and 2 !) just to say that the food was absolutely excellent yesterday. Everyone commented on how nice it was. Bringing round seconds of beef was a winner and the desserts were truly delicious.

You have both been so lovely and helpful and I know that Phill at the Angel House was also really impressed with your professionalism.

Firstly, a massive thanks to you, Charlie and your amazing team for your exceptional catering, service and organisation for our silver wedding party.
