Wedding Reception Catering

We are two sisters who, over the past ten years, have built up a wealth of professionalism and experience. These things, together with our love of good food, our creativity and our sensitivity to our clients diverse needs and ideas, combine to ensure that everything you are looking for in your wedding catering supplier will be abundantly realised. Elizabeth won the Student of the Year prize at Prue Leith’s famous cookery school and spent a year working in a Michelin starred restaurant in London. Charlotte’s special expertise is in vegetarian cookery and in dealing with particular dietary needs (she has been vegetarian now for two decades). But what distinguishes both of us is our delight in our work and our great pleasure in giving our clients the very best wedding reception food possible.

 

Wedding Catering in Sussex

We work mostly in Sussex and the London area because we prefer our clients to know that we are easily accessible and ready to answer any questions, big or small, that they may have. We also invite all our clients to a tasting in our kitchen, based in a garden near Lewes. Here we have a vegetable plot and orchard where we are able to source some of the ingredients for our wedding catering service...apple tarte tatin, for example, made with our own delicious Cox’s apples, or twice baked goat cheese soufflés made with eggs from our own chickens. Of course we also have to look further afield for other ingredients but we try to make sure that, as far as possible, we use local, organic and responsibly sourced produce from the Sussex area. We well understand that budgets vary with each couple we see and we are ready with suggestions to fit in with your planned spend.

Our staff are all well known to us and are picked for their friendliness and professionalism. We are proud to say that we get almost as many compliments about our lovely staff as we do for the food we prepare.
